Position: Production Engineer
Salary: 20,000-25,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Qualifications:
Male
Graduate of Civil Engineering with or without PRC License.
Supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
Analyzing all facets of production and recommendations for improvement.
Strong leadership and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Experienced as PCO or Safety Officer is advantage


Safety:
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
1. Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
2. Evaluate current safety protocols and measures in place.
3. Monitor indents of workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
4. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents related to safety and health
5. Conduct or assist in conducting safety orientation and training sessions for new employees or whenever necessary.
6. Promote awareness on safety and health measures among the workforces.
7. Participate in safety meetings and be a part of the company’s safety committee, if present.
8. Ensure that safety equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available, properly maintained, and used appropriately.
9. Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, or near-misses to determine causes and recommended corrective actions.


7’S

1. To perform/ conduct 7s audit daily
2. Planning and overseeing the implementation of 7s system in all work areas
3. Ensure timely corrective and closure of all the findings


Security:

1. Checking security of materials and goods implemented in the production
2. Check and coordinate with section that setback should be clear from any items or materials
3. Checking of perimeter fence if found defective during roving and coordinate with Office Department.


ISO/RMI

1. Preparation, review, check and monitor work instruction implemented in the manufacturing process.
2. Understand the current processes and procedure of each section vs current practices
3. For the meantime, observe during production audit (external & internal) to have an idea on the common findings to production.

Others:

1. Checking of building facility conditions if needs repair, repainting and others
2. Assist production needs as need arises.
3. Reporting to superior related to the above duties or any other activities
4. Performs other related functions as maybe assigned by superior
