Job Description
(Makati City / Hybrid)
We’re hiring an Application Security Engineer to lead security assessments, conduct vulnerability testing, and support secure app development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years IT experience (2+ in application/network security)
• Skilled in penetration testing, Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools, and security frameworks
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Background in fintech or financial services is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve internal app security
• Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability scans
• Perform static code analysis and penetration testing
• Recommend and verify security fixes
• Collaborate with dev teams and lead security training
Salary Range: 40k to 60k plus benefits
