Leads branch operations, develops business strategies, and achieves business targets.
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in bank operations and marketing.
3-5 years of experience as a Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.
Honest, trustworthy, and possesses strong team leadership skills.
Strong business development and communication skills.
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 60,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
