Job Description
Responsibilties:
-Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
-Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
-Process reservations accurately and efficiently
-Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
-Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
