Sapient is searching for quick-thinking problem solvers who can handle logistics-related inquiries like a pro! We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives in Makati, Magallanes, to assist customers with their shipping and delivery concerns while keeping things smooth and hassle-free.
If you are a high school graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS graduate, and love delivering top-notch customer service, we want you on board!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries related to logistics, shipping, and deliveries.
-Provide accurate and efficient solutions to resolve issues.
-Maintain a professional and friendly customer service experience.

Needed Qualifications:

-With or Without Experience
-High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
-Strong English communication skills
-Willing to work onsite in Makati (Magallanes)
