Job Description
- We're looking for a Technical Architect to lead a high-performing tech team, drive solution design, and ensure delivery excellence across complex banking projects. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution—owning specs, reviews, testing, and compliance from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Oversee SIT/UAT, implementation, and project compliance
- Provide expert input for RFPs, risk assessments, and architecture docs
- Ensure alignment with bank standards and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues and guide resolution
- Drive skills development and SME growth within your team
What You Bring:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science (or related)
- 5+ years of technical leadership, with experience in finance preferred
- Solid grasp of SDLC, COBOL, Java/.NET, SQL, and banking concepts
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and supervisory skills
