Marketing Assistant

JOB Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our Sales Department and provide essential administrative support to our sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the department, enabling our sales professionals to focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
-Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
-Support the tracking and reporting of sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
-Assist in the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
-Conduct market research and gather data to contribute to sales strategies and decision-making.
-Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
-Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests from clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
