Job Description
Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems
Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and issue invoices
Assist with bank reconciliations
Maintain digital filing systems for financial documents
Support payroll processing, expense reports, and petty cash management
Generate financial reports as needed by supervisors or management
Assist with month-end and year-end closings
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters
Perform other administrative tasks to support the finance department
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
1+ year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work setup
Tools & Software (Preferred Experience):
QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools
