Job Description
Responsibilities:
- associated with Talent Acquisition include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and also selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.
- Coordination with hiring administrators to determine personnel requirements
- Utilize online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) to discover qualified candidates.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including telephone screenings, evaluations, and in-person interviews
- Participate in and coordinate employment fairs and recruitment events.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a comparable position.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting utilizing a variety of interviewing and evaluating techniques.
- Superior oral and written communication abilities
