Job Description

Sapient is on the hunt for driven individuals who don’t back down from a challenge. We’re hiring Collections Associates in Pasay to help customers stay on track with their loan payments and financial obligations.
If you’ve completed 2 years of college and have 2 years of international BPO collections experience, this one’s for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Handle voice transactions focused on loans processing, skip tracing, and investigations.
-Reach out to customers to resolve past due accounts with professionalism.
-Keep records accurate and follow compliance standards during each call.

Needed Qualifications:

-2nd-year college level completed (any course).
-2 years experience in international voice collections for banking/finance accounts.
-Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule.
