Job Description
• Implement and optimize chatbot features for web and mobile platforms
• Build and maintain APIs to support chatbot functionality
• Create responsive front-end UIs with embedded chatbot components
• Design secure and scalable system architecture
• Collaborate with UX/UI, AI, and data teams to align chatbot features
• Integrate chatbots with third-party tools such as CRMs and analytics platforms
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues through testing and debugging
• Monitor and enhance chatbot performance over time
• Maintain clear and comprehensive system and code documentation
• Present updates and progress to stakeholders
• Ensure chatbot integrations adhere to data security and privacy standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Skilled in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Vue.js
• Proficient in back-end technologies: Java, PHP/Laravel, Microservices, Spring
• Preferably experienced in mobile development: Swift, Java, Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with chatbot APIs: Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dynamics 365, Genesys, etc.
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for chatbot hosting
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
