Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to lead the integration of our chatbot solutions into web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both front-end and back-end development.

Job Description:
- Chatbot Integration: Implement and optimize chatbot features for web and mobile.
- Backend Development: Build and maintain APIs for chatbot functionality.
- Frontend Development: Create responsive UIs with embedded chatbot components.
- System Architecture: Design secure and scalable systems.
- Collaboration: Work with UX/UI, AI, and data teams to align chatbot features.
- Third-Party Integration: Connect chatbots with CRMs, analytics, and other tools.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and enhance chatbot performance.
- Documentation: Maintain clear system and code documentation.
- Presentation: Present updates to stakeholders.
- Security: Ensure chatbot integrations follow data security standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
- Skilled in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Vue.js)
- Proficient in back-end (Java, PHP/Laravel, Microservices, Spring)
- Preferably experienced in mobile app development (Swift, Java, Kotlin)
- Hands-on experience with chatbot APIs (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dynamics 365, Genesys, etc.)
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for chatbot hosting
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
