• Graduate of HR Related degree (4 year course)
• Female.
• Proficient in computer operations
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge in Labor Law
• Background in:
* compensation and benefits,
* Time keeping/ attendance monitoring
* Recruitment, hiring process, on boarding
* Employee relations /company events
* Training and development
* Performance Evaluation
* Handling complaints, grievance procedures
* Handling 201 files and other confidential documents
• Familiar with SSS,Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth, DOLE and other govt.reports
