Job Description
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent 4-year course
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR coordinator
• Adequate knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
