Job Description
Salary: PHP 45,000 - 75,000
What You'll Do:
- Develop dynamic curricula for corporate training, academic programs, or professional development.
- Design engaging lesson plans, e-learning content, and interactive materials (videos, infographics, modules).
- Collaborate with trainers, educators, and SMEs to ensure top-notch learning experiences.
- Utilize instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to enhance learning impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field. (Master’s is a plus!)
- 2-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Proficiency in LMS, e-learning platforms, and content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and competency mapping.
