Job Description
Conduct psychological first aid and offer guidance tailored to the caller’s challenges.
Identify high-risk situations and escalate to licensed professionals or emergency services when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of each interaction.
Collaborate with supervisors and a team of licensed professionals to ensure quality service delivery.
