Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes
Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements
Support audits and liaise with external auditors
Lead a team of accountants and bookkeepers

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA required)
At least 7 - 10 years of solid accounting experience, with 5 years in a Manager role
Strong knowledge of local tax laws, accounting standards and financial systems
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
