Technical Leadership
• Own and drive the company’s overall technology strategy — from architecture to deployment.
• Be hands-on and lead by example across:
o Coding (backend/frontend/prototyping)
o Infrastructure design (cloud, network, servers)
o DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, automation)
• Oversee and mentor cross-functional tech teams:
o R&D
o Architecture
o DevOps / SRE

End-to-End Technical Involvement
• Code: Actively read, write, and review code. Understand performance bottlenecks and design tradeoffs.
• Infrastructure: Architect systems for high availability, security, and scalability — across AWS, Azure, and Huawei Cloud.
• DevOps: Guide and implement best practices in CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, and automation.

Cloud-Native Expertise
• Deep familiarity with multi-cloud environments — with hands-on experience deploying, troubleshooting, and securing systems in AWS, Azure, and Huawei Cloud.
• Ensure infrastructure cost optimization and resilience.

Pre-Sales & External Collaboration
• Join sales teams in client engagements to provide architecture advice, sizing estimates, and technical assurance.
• Help translate client needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
