Job Description
Schedule: Dayshift
Key Responsibilities:
— Lead the end-to-end implementation architecture for D365
— Engage in requirements gathering and design reviews
— Ensure best practices for D365 implementations
— Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
— Support and guide project delivery teams
— Design optimal technical solutions within budget and requirements
— Ensure adherence to banking standards and participate in architectural review meetings
Key Skills:
— Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center)
— PowerApps (Model-Driven, Canvas, & Custom Pages)
— Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps
