Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift

Job Overview: Breakline Talent is seeking an experienced Full-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This position requires night shift availability and the ability to manage various tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including email management, scheduling, and file organization.

Conduct cold calling and follow-up communications with clients.

Assist with real estate and mortgage-related tasks (a plus).

Maintain clear and professional communication both in writing and verbally.

Organize and prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.

Work remotely with your own equipment and a reliable internet connection.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and file organization.

Ability to handle cold calling and client communications professionally.

Must have personal equipment (laptop/PC) and a reliable internet connection.

Experience in real estate and mortgage processes is a plus.

Availability to work the night shift (full-time position).

Independent contractor status – Immediate start date.
