Job Description

The Legal Management/ Compliance Officer ensures that the corporate direction of the company complies with all laws, DOLE mandated guidelines, and other government agency rules and regulations. Ensures that all possible legal risk is managed on a day to day basis in all phases of the company operations. Controls all operating documents to ensure that it is compliant with all government and third-party audits standards. Monitors all contracts and agreements with clients, supplies, employees, and other third-party partners with the objective of maintaining company operations in good standing.
