Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in staircase design, preferably spiral and central structures.
Understanding of structural engineering principles related to staircases.
Familiarity with materials such as steel staircase design.
Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio required (Sample projects: Central and Spiral Staircase)
Must know the Australian Standard Regulation
Knowledge in Handrail, Balustrade and Window Shroud is a must
