Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership, organizational, and construction management expertise to oversee key projects from planning to completion. If you’re experienced in project execution, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication, this role is for you!

Location: Pasig
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 45,000

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead project teams, manage resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Planning: Create comprehensive long-term and short-term project plans, including setting milestones and deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
- Organization & Time Management: Manage time, resources, and personnel effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Decision Making: Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress and alignment with goals to executives and shareholders.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain expected standards.
- Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Schedule & Target Adjustment: Adjust schedules and targets as needed and justified.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Client & Site Meetings: Attend client and site meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
- Minimum 7 years of proven working experience in project management.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor is a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Adept at financial planning and budget management.
