Your Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls for Autoloan Collections.
-Assist customers with payment inquiries and account updates.
-Maintain positive communication with customers to resolve account issues.
Needed Qualifications:
-High School (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
-No previous customer service or collections experience required!
-Must be a Metro Manila resident.
