Job Description

Sapient is looking for a dedicated Travel Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasay! If you have experience in the travel industry and are familiar with GDS tools like Sabre, Galileo, Apollo, or Amadeus, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
If you’re a high school graduate or ALS graduate with 1 year of international travel BPO experience, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Provide voice-based customer service for travel-related inquiries and support.
-Utilize GDS tools (Sabre, Galileo, Apollo, Amadeus) to assist customers with their travel needs.
-Work the night shift to support customers around the clock.

Needed Qualifications:

-High school graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
-1 year of international voice BPO experience in a travel account.
-Familiarity with GDS tools such as Sabre, Galileo, Apollo, or Amadeus.
-Willing to work onsite and night shift.
