Job Description
-Oversee daily operations of Vehicle Sales, Service, Parts, Insurance, and Customer Relations departments.
-Ensure operational efficiency and interdepartmental coordination.
-Drive business growth and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
-Implement dealership best practices and strategic initiatives.
-Lead and develop cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
-At least 5 years of managerial experience in automotive sales.
-Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
-Knowledgeable in dealership operations and industry best practices.
-Strong ethical values and commitment to corporate social responsibility.
-Amenable to work onsite in Cubao
