Job Description
-10+yrs experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration.
-Strong knowledge of construction cost management, procurement, and contract law.
-Proficiency in quantity surveying software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
-Experience working on large-scale projects, including infrastructure, commercial, or residential developments.
-Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
-Develop and manage budgets with cost control measures.
-Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
-Monitor expenditures and provide financial reports.
-Negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.
-Evaluate subcontractor bids for cost-effectiveness.
-Track and manage costs to prevent overruns.
