Job Description
* Graduate of any 4 years course
* Experiences in purchasing process to ensure efficient operations
* Experience in warehouse staffing is an advantage
* Keen on details and organized
* Can start immediately
Key Roles:
* Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
* Research potential vendors
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery
* Update internal databases with order details
* Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
* Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
* Prepare cost analysis
* Maintain updated records of invoice and contracts
* Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
* Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Work location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary Range: Php 16,000 - Php 17,000
