Job Description
Prepares monthly disbursement report
Facilitates payments to suppliers
Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality
Have knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulation.
Knowledge general accounting procedures
QUALIFICATION
Must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
Preferably, less than 1 year of experience specializing in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent, fresh graduates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
Knowledge of Bizbox preferred but not required.
Customer Service Skills
Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
