Sales Excellence- COE -Application Architecture Associate Manager

As an Associate Manager in the Sales Excellence – CoE team, you’ll manage and execute integration requests between sales/pricing tools and data sources. You’ll also help maintain tool performance, support process improvements, and mentor junior team members. This role bridges technical execution with business support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage integration workflows using tools like PowerApps.
Support and document sales/pricing data integration across platforms.
Maintain access controls and enforce security standards.
Collaborate with CIO Integration and Security teams.
Oversee documentation, process guides, and continuous improvements.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate with senior leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in incident, release, or security management.
Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.
Familiarity with sales/pricing data and business processes.
Ability to work independently and across global teams.
Experience with software development lifecycle and tools like “Manage mySales.”
Comfortable working flexible hours and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
Background in Business Management.
Experience with PowerApps and cross-team integrations.
Understanding of sales tools and operational strategy.
