Job Description
We're seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to join our Center of Excellence team. You’ll work across functions to build models, extract insights, and support strategic decisions that boost efficiency, sales, and profitability. You’re analytical, curious, and skilled at simplifying complex data for practical business use.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform raw data into structured formats for analysis (ETL).
Use machine learning, NLP, and statistical techniques to generate insights.
Build and deploy predictive models on cloud platforms.
Translate data findings for both technical and business stakeholders.
Lead Gen AI initiatives using LLMs and conduct pilot projects.
Mentor team members and lead technical efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years in data science, including predictive modeling and ML.
Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
Strong experience in ML, deep learning, and NLP.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Power BI experience.
Familiarity with cloud deployment.
Knowledge of data privacy and security practices.
