Job Description

The Customer Advisor serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. This role involves handling inquiries, solving problems, recommending products or services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.

Help customers resolve complaints, issues, or concerns promptly and effectively.

Promote and upsell relevant products and services based on customer preferences.

Maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and update systems as needed.

Ensure the customer area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure smooth resolution of customer requests.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company promotions, and policy changes.

Gather and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree of any course, graduates from any Medical field (Pharmacy, Nutrition, Nursing, etc) is an advantage.
Experience in retail is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
Living a healthy lifestyle and is a non-smoker.
Weight proportionates to height.
Must be willing to work onsite in one of our stores
