- Training Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs
- Enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales and support teams
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in training and development, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to design and execute training strategies that drive performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
