> Handles customer-facing processes and initiatives.
> Informs future business strategies.
> Understands business objectives and identifies growth opportunities.
> Collaborates with internal teams to develop strategies.
> Improves client relationships, addresses issues, and performs corrective measures.
> Works closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
