Job Description

Drake’s top client – a luxury integrated resort and casino complex is hiring a Hotel Revenue Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Pasay City.

Summary:
The Manager, Hotel Revenue Management maximizes hotel revenue through room inventory management, positioning, and rate controls. They oversee the profitability, effectiveness, and overall performance of Premium Mass marketing programs, including the Sales Incentive scheme, and lead a team to support these objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manages room inventory across all sales channels and platforms, coordinating with stakeholders to optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Ensures the sales incentive scheme and its supporting policies are fair, motivating, and properly reward high performers.
• Monitors and understands the competitive landscape and market dynamics, adjusting company strategies as necessary.
• Manages and directs analysts to drive business intelligence or analytics projects, translating data into insights and actions.
• Ensures the completeness and cleanliness of the Data Mart.
• Sets performance objectives, targets, and budgeted expenditure, identifying training needs as required.
• Manages, mentors, and leads the team, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and effective workflow.
• Recommends and/or executes management policies related to hiring, transferring, suspending, laying off, recalling, discharging, re-assigning, or disciplining employees.
• Performs any other projects or tasks as assigned by the Director, Strategic Marketing.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Annual revenue and EBITDA for gaming and hotel.
2. Improvement in hotel revenue and the effectiveness of the sales incentive scheme.
3. Timely completion of delegated tasks with accuracy.
4. High commitment to delivering and improving customer service, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 5 years of experience in Yield/Revenue Management and Analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial position; marketing and operations experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Proven track record in highly numerate and analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or marketing.
• Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System is critical.
• Highly proficient in SAS e-Guide and SAS programming.
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comprehension of data structure of various systems downloads, integrations, and processes.
• Knowledge in Casino Mathematics is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
