Line and Grade Surveyor

AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.
We are looking for a very reliable LINE & GRADE SURVEYOR who will perform different types of work such as measure land, air space, and water areas. He will describe where a certain area of land is. He will accurately compute, portray and explain what it looks like, and how much is there. The qualified applicant shall put these facts in deeds, leases, and other legal documents.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Knowledgeable and capable of preparing and checking plans and drawings.
2. Survey and Setting-out pint using Total Station.
3. Provide elevation using Auto Level.
4. Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The applicant must be a graduate of B.S. in Civil or Geodetic engineering with License.
2. Must have at least 3 - 4 years of work experience in the related field is required;
3. With knowledge and experience in the operation of all kinds of Surveying Instruments;
4. Must know how to handle Total Station and Auto Level;
5. Must be computer literate (with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Surveying Software);
6. Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project;
