Job Description

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Business related
• At least 1 year experience; FMCG or retailers
• With Sales experience in FMCG industry particularly Modern Trade Account;
• Strong knowledge in-store execution practices;
• Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and reporting tools.

Job Description:

1. In-store Execution & Merchandising

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stocking according to FAC standards and requirements in modern trade stores.
• Monitor shelf space allocation and ensure brand compliance across all products categories.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure the correct execution of promotional activities and account-initiated programs.
• Implement in-store displays and point-of-sale (POS) materials as per the branch guidelines.

2. Stock Management & Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Coordinate with the Team captains, OMG and store personnel to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Track and report any issues with product shortages or excess stock.
• Validation of near expiry report submitted by the disers and PMS.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers, and store persons to ensure smooth operations.
• Address and resolve any in-store issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team captains to understand and address key priorities in stores.

4. Market Intelligence

• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitor actions and consumer preferences.
• Report any changes or shifts in consumer behavior, pricing, or competitor activities.

5. Promotional Activities & Reporting

• Execute in-store promotional campaigns, ensuring that all displays and activates are in line with brand objectives.
• Capture and report key performance metrics such as stock levels sales trend: promotional effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to the team captains and on the effectiveness of executed programs and activities.

6. Sales Support

• Assist in gathering information on sales performance and report issues that may affect product availability or visibility.
• Support team captain targets by optimizing shelf space and enhancing product exposure.
• Help resolve customer inquiries or complains related to product availability or execution.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
