Job Description

HR EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT- 5 YRS EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses to HR-related questions.
Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
Assist in performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
Manage administrative tasks related to employee benefits and payroll.
Support conflict resolution and employee relations issues.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
