Job Description
Generates accurate Revit models for architectural projects in AU design standards.
Creates structural models, drawings, and schedules using computer programs and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Perform model layout for residential and commercial projects as per AU standards
Perform and provide 3D model and prepare shop drawings based accurately
Follows the survey and details provided
CAD neighboring buildings
Checks the information from the survey through Maps / Google and street view information provided
Resolve relatively complex modelling issues, across several software packages
Achieve the drawing submission schedule
Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in the related field
Experience in AU clients is an advantage
Graduate of Engineering or Architecture
Knowledgeable in revit and autocad
Exercise responsibilities in an ethical manner
Work reliably and effectively with oversight, to the appropriate codes of practice
Have experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff
