Job Description
- Supervise and perform facilities and building preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervise and perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
- Formulate and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
-Assist in the establishment of all production process line and procedures
- Oversee the New Project Development, Mold Maintenance, Facility, It and Agrimate activities
- Coordinate any construction project in the company
- Coordinate all Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) permits related to engineering
- Supervise and perform acquisition, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
- Establish and provide all necessary technical data required for production, purchasing, and PPC use.
- Supervise and perform AutoCAD drafting, Jig design, fabrication, welding, and other in-house fabrication
- Monitor the issued Critical Maintenance Report (CMR) / engineering treatment report (ETR), remind corrective action to concerned section/ sub con
- Monitor the operation cost and maintain its level based on the budget allocation set by the company
- Actively participate and support the implementation of Quality and Environment Management
