Job Description
-At least 2-5 years of experience in safety inspections, occupational health, or construction safety.
-Strong knowledge of DOLE, OSHA, ISO 45001, and local occupational safety standards.
-Experience in construction, manufacturing, mining, or heavy industries is an advantage.
-Excellent problem-solving and hazard identification skills.
-Strong communication skills to train and educate workers on safety protocols.
-Ability to write detailed reports and maintain accurate safety records.
-Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
-Identify hazards, enforce PPE use, and implement corrective actions.
-Monitor workplace and construction safety.
-Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
-Prepare and submit incident reports.
-Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations.
-Educate employees on hazards and emergency procedures.
-Promote a proactive safety culture.
-Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHA, DPWH, and industry standards.
