Job Title: Real Estate Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic team. This role involves providing administrative, marketing, and project management support to real estate professionals, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong background in administrative support—preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.

Assist in marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials, coordinating email campaigns, and maintaining property listings.

Manage and track sales transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.

Support project management initiatives, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Maintain confidential records and uphold high ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant experience supporting multiple professionals, preferably in commercial real estate or a professional services environment.
Resides in or near Pangasinan, Philippines (preferred)

Marketing experience is a plus!

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.

High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and discretion when handling confidential information.
