Job Description

A Customer Service Representative (Collections)
Contacting customers with past-due accounts via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding balances.
Negotiating payment plans, securing repayments, explaining charges and addressing customer questions regarding billing.
Maintaining accurate records of collections efforts and payments received.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Desired Qualifications:
Must have 1 year collections experience (inbound/outbound).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate payment plans and secure commitments from customers.
Ability to maintain accurate records and organize information effectively.
