Job Description
WORK LOCATION: QUEZON CITY
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Advertising
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management | Preferably in the Advertising or Media Industry
- Experience working with advertising agencies or media buying firms
- Knowledge of digital marketing and media procurement
- Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with advertising procurement, including media buying, creative production, and marketing services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of contract management and vendor compliance
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in contract negotiation and cost reduction strategies
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and supplier performance
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Tech-Savvy: Experience using procurement tools and digital platforms for purchasing and vendor management
