Job Description

STATUS: Part-time (2-3 hours per day, 4-5 days a week)

Potential to increase to 20+ hours or full-time after evaluation

SCHEDULE: Flexible, within Melbourne business hours

ROLE OVERVIEW

The client is in the digital marketing agency industry and is seeking a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage qualified prospects. Success in this role is measured by the quality of prospects rather than the volume of calls made.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cold calling prospects using a provided sales script and offer
Generating lead lists via Google Maps and organizing them using spreadsheets
Assisting with basic support tasks for the internal team when needed
Using tools like Google Docs, ChatGPT (for formatting lists), and GoHighLevel CRM
Achieve a weekly goal of approximately 8–10 qualified prospects (no fixed daily call targets).

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal communication skills; basic written English is acceptable.
Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus but not required.
