Job Definition:
The Hairstylist/Barber is responsible for providing professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients. This role requires excellent technical skills, creativity, and the ability to enhance a client’s appearance while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Hairstylist/Barber
Preferably from medium to large salons (with in-house training)
Completed technical training
Strong communication skills
Exceptional personality (sociable, friendly, polite) with a professional demeanor
Ability to work under pressure
Must have initiative and adaptability to change
Excellent attention to detail
