Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our auxiliary system products, including CCTV Surveillance System, Door Access / Turnstile / Metal Detector, Fire Detection, and Alarm System, and more.
Client Engagement: Identify potential clients in need of Auxiliary System solutions.
Sales Strategy: Devise effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your understanding of the unique selling points of our products.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and work towards successful deal closures while ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent post-sales support, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: Demonstrated track record of sales experience, with a specialization in metal fabrication, auxiliary, or electrical industry.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure profitable deals.
Self-motivated: A proactive and self-driven individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various corporate levels.
Results-oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
