• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in written and communication skills

Brief Job Description:
• Perform general office clerk duties such as encoding, recording, photocopying, and filing of documents.
• Assist in handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Record information received as needed.
• Forward the information to the appropriate or concerned personnel or unit.
• Assist in receiving clients and visitors as needed.
