Job Description
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in any local banks.
3. At least 3 months experience as BAU Support/Specialist.
4. Work experience in Digital Banking (Web and/or Mobile) is preferred.
5. Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Must be able to work collaboratively across technical teams and business units
7. Excellent orientation of customer service with good communication skills
8. Familiarity with productivity tools like MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Job Description
Responsible for providing technical support for the Chinabank mobile banking application. The roles involves responding to user inquiries, performing preliminary investigations into reported issues, documenting problems and enhancements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), handling account management requests, generating reports, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves working with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth platform functionality, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to regulatory standards.
