Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting : Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to identify and engage with potential customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions meet their needs.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups, personalized communication, and addressing customer pain points.
Qualifying Leads: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential for conversion into long-term customers.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outreach and sales efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and insights, refine sales strategies, and improve lead generation techniques.
CRM Management: Track all interactions with prospects and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system to ensure a seamless sales process.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our product offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales tools.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
